On 12 August 2026, Viceroy at Ombria Algarve invites you to experience an extraordinary evening where exceptional gastronomy meets one of the year's most anticipated celestial events.
From 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the resort's Main Plaza will transform into an open-air culinary market, bringing together Michelin-starred chefs, acclaimed local talent and the culinary team at Viceroy at Ombria Algarve for an immersive dining experience beneath a partial Solar Eclipse.
Designed as a relaxed and interactive journey rather than a traditional seated dinner, guests are invited to explore each chef's station, where exclusive dishes will be prepared live throughout the evening.
Each participating chef will present two exclusive signature creations, specially crafted for the occasion.
Priced at €150 per person, the experience includes 15 tasting tokens, redeemable for signature dishes and drinks across the participating stations, allowing you to explore the evening at your own pace.
Your ticket also includes live entertainment, certified Solar Eclipse viewing glasses, and access to all event areas.

Enjoy a guided observation of the Solar Eclipse from an exclusive rooftop setting with professional telescopes and astronomer João Costa. Limited to 50 guests, this experience offers a privileged view of the eclipse. Guests not joining the rooftop experience can safely observe the eclipse from the main event using the certified viewing glasses included with their ticket.

Continue the evening beneath the stars with an intimate stargazing session focused on the Perseid meteor shower, expected to reach its peak during the night of 12 August. Also led by João Costa, this exclusive experience is limited to 15 guests, offering a unique opportunity to explore the Algarve's night sky through professional telescopes.
