The first phase of Ombria, which should be completed in fall 2022, includes a 5-star hotel with 76 rooms and a further 65 one and two-bedroom apartments, offering buyers a profitable investment.

The current paradigm has led, along with the pandemic and remote work, to new needs to grow, namely for buyers who wish to start a new life away from built-up urban areas, Ombria Resort will also showcase another 83 apartments and townhouses, whose sales will be launched at the beginning of next year.
