Ombria Resort has launched the pre-sales for its new phase Oriole Village – a collection of 83 beautifully appointed and fully furnished apartments, townhouses and villas. Adding to the sales success of Viceroy Residences, of which 80% of units are sold or reserved, 20% of Oriole Village properties have been already reserved in less than a month. The Americans, followed by the Dutch and the British, are the leading clients in the reservation of these real estate units in the early stages of Oriole Village’s product launch.
Nestled in the heart of the 153 hectares of Ombria Resort, whose global investment amounts to nearly 300 million euros, Oriole Village is a residential development consisting of 21 apartments, 50 townhouses or semi-detached villas, and 12 detached villas. The Oriole Village construction is expected to start in late 2022, with completion estimated for Summer 2025.
