Ombria Algarve is proud to present the Eclipse Dinner Series, a rare culinary alignment inspired by the natural rhythm of the sun and moon. Hosted at Solalua, the fine-dining gastronomic bar at Viceroy at Ombria Algarve, this exclusive series invites guests on an extraordinary journey through Portugal’s diverse and storied culinary landscape. At the heart of each dinner is a collaboration between Chef Pedro Pinto and a selection of the country’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs.
From May to November 2025, Solalua sets the stage for four exceptional evenings. Each event features a ten-course tasting menu: five creations by Chef Pedro Pinto, rooted in Algarvian heritage and seasonal produce, and five signature dishes by the guest chef, reflecting their distinctive culinary voice. All courses are paired with carefully selected wines, offering a harmonious and immersive experience.
Curated in collaboration with acclaimed Portuguese gastronomy writer Nelson Marques, the Eclipse Dinner Series is an invitation to explore the stories, flavours and creativity that define Portugal’s culinary identity.
