Finnish group Pontos, owner and developer of the Ombria Resort located 7km north of Loulé, has announced the start of construction of Alcedo Villas, a collection of 12 bespoke luxury villas. Prices start at €2,550,000 (furniture not included), while design duties are in the hands of Portuguese studio Promontorio Architects.
